我的家乡在辽西的一个偏远小山村，十年九旱，家境贫寒，高考前夕，为了筹集上大学的学费，改善家里的经济条件，我在家里办起了酿酒厂，进行粮食加工转化，饲料喂猪牛，后来的结果证明，这个小厂极大改善了家里的经济状况，也在封闭落后的乡村掀起了科学致富的春风。这是我人生第一次创业尝试。

2002年7月毕业后，我选择了一家小型外贸公司。基于两个原因：一是中国刚刚加入WTO，外贸必然有大发展;二是小公司里可以接触到外贸全过程，能迅速提高自身的业务素质。从对外贸一无所知到精通各个操作环节，我付出了巨大努力，白天上班请教，晚上自学研究。在完成工作目标的同时，有意识的对业务流程、单证进行规范，自编了外贸制单系统，使制单效率提高了75%，同时保证了单据的准确性。在过去的六年中，先后协助公司建立国际业务部与国际市场开发部并担任主管，建立健全部门规章制度。我负责的国际市场开发部在过去的3年中创造了近亿元的销售业绩，为公司创造利润2000多万元。目前我所服务的公司已经成为当地水产龙头企业，员工近千人，年产值超过亿元大关。
